We excited to announce that Tim Ford, co-founder of Choots Coworking located in Castlemaine, has come on board to support the Bendigo Australia Post Regional Pitchfest.

Tim’s world is local enterprise. In the world of today and tomorrow, local enterprise is working in diverse and interesting ways. Tim is at the forefront of these ways and actively nurtures, connects and prods enterprising communities.

Tim, co-founded Cohoots Coworking in Castlemaine two years ago. It has a vibrant mix of members including tech startups, consultants, multimedia developers, writers, community workers, architect, town planners, career coach, sales and admin people. Tim blends this passionate group with other local entrepreneurs to develop a dynamic enterprising community, especially amongst young people, women and micro enterprises. Being at the forefront of today’s entrepreneurial environment, the Cohoots approach is now regarded as a unique and effective way to invigorate rural and regional enterprise.

As an experienced mentor and coach, Tim over the last 10 years has successfully supported many startups and small businesses to take the next step with their enterprises. Never one to sit still, he also consults with organisations to bring about innovative change and has co-written articles around this theme, which have been taken up by peak bodies and government agencies.

Tim will be a great local resource for our finalists and applicants.
