Caffeine addict, All Blacks tragic, tree-changer and non-supermum, Liane is the Director of full-service public relations and events agency, Sauce Communications, with four ‘Agency of the Year’ wins to its name.

A multi-award-winning practitioner, Liane has more than 18 years’ experience in the communications industry managing a range of high profile projects and issues across Australia and New Zealand. Liane established Sauce in 2004 after moving to the NSW Riverina town of Leeton and has grown the agency from sole trader status to include staff and offices in Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne. Sauce remains proudly headquartered in the bush and specialises in working with government and commercial clients that are based in, represent or need to reach audiences in rural and regional Australia, including SunRice, Dairy Australia, De Bortoli Wines, Australian Pork Limited, RIRDC and Victorian Farmers Federation.

Liane has a personal commitment to regional and rural business and the role women play in the sector and is the NSW Government’s appointed Director on the Board of the newly-formed Sydney School of Entrepreneurship. In 2014, she was named as a state finalist in the Telstra Business Women’s Awards for the Small Business Owner category, and one of the Top 100 Women in Australian Agribusiness by Emerald Grain and Fairfax Media.
