Sarah Nolet is the founder and CEO of AgThentic, a boutique consultancy dedicated to building a robust, global food and agriculture innovation ecosystem. AgThentic provides strategy, sales and marketing, and investment readiness support to FoodTech and AgTech startups, as well data-driven reports on key challenges and opportunities across the global food system for investors and government.
Sarah is also a writer, speaker, startup advisor, and recognized AgTech innovation expert. You can find her work on Forbes, the Stanford Social Innovation Review, and AgFunder. Sarah holds a Masters in System Design and Management from MIT, where she was President of the MIT Food and Agriculture Club, launched the MIT-Rabobank Food and Agribusiness Innovation Prize, and served as Managing Director of the MIT Sustainability Summit. Sarah wrote her MIT-published master’s thesis on private sector approaches to innovation in agribusiness, which includes interviews with leading corporations, investors, and entrepreneurs across the FoodTech and AgTech landscape internationally.
Previously, Sarah was a Product Manager and Systems Engineer at Charles River Analytics in Boston. Sarah received a B.S. in both Computer Science and Human Factors Engineering from Tufts University, where she was a three-sport varsity athlete and All-American soccer player.
